Rotary Club of Weymouth are a diverse group of local people who are dedicated to helping the community through Rotary; giving something back to society by giving of our time and skills, while enjoying the fellowship of like-minded friends. The Rotary Club of Weymouth is based in the vibrant town of Weymouth in Dorset, where the Club has been supporting the local community since 1923. Weymouth Rotary has multiple meetings to suit today’s different lifestyles under the one Club.
All these groups join in a wide range of social events and enjoy the fellowship of our diverse membership. Overall, the Club is managed by our Council which includes representation from the various member types.
If you are interested in joining us or just finding out more about Rotary and our Club, use the links at the top of the page. We are eager to welcome new, committed, members to the club, regardless of gender, race or beliefs.
Following the devastating floods in Pakistan, Weymouth Rotary are taking to the streets of Weymouth to raise money for Shelterbox Emergency & Disaster Relief.
By providing emergency shelter and tools for families robbed of their homes in the disaster, Shelterbox aim to transform despair into hope – and eventually see a world where no family is left without shelter after disaster.
Shelterboxes contain tents, lights, tools, blankets, water filters and carriers and cooking utensils (with the exact contents adapted to the individual need).
If you see Rotarians collecting in the coming days, please give generously. Or you can donate online here:
Alternatively, you can post a cheque, payable to Weymouth Rotary Club (with Pakistan Emergency Appeal written on the back). Send it to Weymouth Rotary, Pilgrim House, 1 Hope St, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TU
Weymouth Rotary has donated many thousands of pounds to local organisations and individuals. We do this through fundraising events and donations. Please consider making a one-off payment or a regular scheduled donation.
